EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

 

We are committed to providing you with quality products. In the case of any unsatisfactory item(s) being sent to you, we would be glad to do an exchange within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us at my.mycloset88@gmail.com with your order number, product code, name, the snapshot of the defected area and reason for return/exchange. We will then advise you on the procedure for exchange.

 

What is an unsatisfactory item?

- Item in the wrong color or size.  (Note: the product measurement is stated on the last page of the images or at the product description).

- The item with the manufacturing defect.

- The wrong item that was not in order.

 

The actual color shade will not be perfectly captured in the photographs due to the different lighting used during photo shoots. Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different color resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no exchanges will be made. Please take into consideration that COLOR MAY VARY FROM ONE BATCH TO ANOTHER as well. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect. Kindly do not place an order if the customer is not able to accept color aberration.

 

Measurements stated may vary 1.0 cm - 3.0 cm as items are mass-produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchange will be carried out.

 

Material and quality issues are not classified as defects or wrong items. Material and quality levels are solely subjective due to different people have different perspectives. It does not have any trustworthy benchmark instrument to measure the quality.

 

Refunds are not allowed for customers that dissatisfied with the items as the quality expectation is individualized. (e.g. the item looks slightly different with photos; the material is thin; the material is not as good as imagine; etc). Customers are advised to purchase the items prior to an understanding of inspired pieces. 

 

The refund can be done only if (i) the items ordered are out of stock and payment has been made or (ii) the item(s) is having a defect and we have no stock to replace for you. Please note that refund will only be made in the form of STORE CREDIT for future purchases and we will issue a store credit which is equivalent to the original paid amount for customers who are eligible for that.

 

Please note:

  • Exchanges and returns are done on a case to case basis. Exchanges for sizing/ color will not be entertained once the order is confirmed.

  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

  • The item must be returned to us within 3 days of receipt.

  • Minor defects such as loose threads, scratches or slight stains that are unobvious under normal lighting, misalignment of seams and asymmetry, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on, or any reason that is similar in effect. In general, 'defects' that do not affect the general outlook of the apparels when worn will not be considered as defects and hence, are not eligible for exchange/refund.

  • A manufacturing defect does not include stray threads or removable dirt.

  • If the defect is found to be inflicted after we have delivered the item, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. (e.g. after washing the item or wearing the item and/or has obtained stains from elsewhere or damaged after washing with other apparels

  • Exchanges and returns are not allowed for items with Best Buy Promotion, SALE promotion, and Discounted items.

(p/s: ONLY CLOTHES THAT ARE UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED AND IN SELLABLE CONDITION WITH RETURNS LABEL STILL ATTACHED CAN BE RETURNED. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, UNDERWEAR, INNER, LINGERIE AND CLEARANCE ITEM IS NOT ACCEPTED TO RETURN).

RETURN STEP

Customers returning parcels to us must provide proof of postage like tracking number and our address indicated on the returned parcel. It would be better to send via registered mail or courier with the tracking number.

Postages incurred for sending the items with issues back to us with being borne by the buyer and the items we sent back to buyers after following up on the respective issues will be borne by us, the seller. Simply, the buyer pays for the postage and sends back the items to us and we pay for the postage and send them the items to them after rectifying the issues.

 

Items mailed back to us without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained. 

Strictly no walk in, as this is an office building with tons of employees, handling your parcel to random staff could cause in loss of the return items.

WE DO RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ALLOW THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS OR REFUND OF ANY TRANSACTIONS ALTHOUGH THE CONDITION ABOVE IS MET.

We apologize in advance if our team happens to make any mistakes in handling your orders. We will try our utmost best to rectify mistakes if any.
